Getting Started
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through the Jane App by choosing a treatment and a therapist. If you have questions first, please text or leave a message at 867-333-5755 or email [email protected]. Because there is no receptionist at the clinic, texting or leaving a message is the best way to reach us.
What happens at my first visit?
Your therapist will begin with a short conversation about what is bringing you in and what you would like from the session. The treatment then begins, with pressure and areas of focus adjusted as you go.
How long are appointments, and what do they cost?
Massage Therapy is offered in 60 minutes for $140, 75 minutes for $165, 90 minutes for $195, and 120 minutes for $265. Deep Tissue Massage is $150 for 60 minutes, $175 for 75 minutes, and $205 for 90 minutes, and Prenatal Massage is $140 for 60 minutes. Couples Massage is offered in 60, 75, and 90 minutes, and you can text or leave a message to ask about rates.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Evening and weekend appointments are available with Hazel Opena, RMT.
Are you accepting new clients?
Sore Spot Massage Therapy is currently accepting new clients.
Treatments & Policies
Why do people book a massage?
People book a massage for many reasons, such as tension in the neck, shoulders, or back; a physically demanding job or workout routine; or simply a chance to rest. If you have a medical condition or injury, please mention it when you book so your therapist can plan around it.
Which treatments do you offer?
Sore Spot offers Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage and Couples Massage. You can read about each one on the Services page.
Can I choose my therapist?
You can book with Paidamoyo Chinzvende, RMT, or Hazel Opena, RMT, directly through Jane App.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are charged 50%,, and no-shows are charged 100%.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards are available, and you are welcome to text or leave a message at 867-333-5755 to ask about getting one.
