Sore Spot Massage Therapy is a Registered Massage Therapy clinic at 110A Lambert St in downtown Whitehorse, Yukon. This page explains what happens to information you send us through this website.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the first name, last name, email address and message that you enter. That is the only personal information this website asks for. The site does not create accounts and does not take payment details.
Why we collect it
We use your message to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to book, to arrange your appointment. We do not sell information and we do not use it for advertising.
Booking
Appointments are booked through Jane App, a separate booking service. When you book, the details you enter are handled by Jane App under its own privacy policy, not by this website.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or marketing cookies, and it does not run advertising or social media tracking. Our hosting provider uses a privacy focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Other companies that help run this site
Some pages load content from other companies, and those companies receive your IP address when your browser loads it: Google Maps, which shows where the clinic is on the Contact page; Google Fonts, which supplies the site typefaces; and Cloudflare, which provides security and content delivery.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages only for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of your enquiry. After that we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call 867-333-5755 and we will deal with your request.
Changes to this page
If how we handle information changes, we will update this page.
